When Will the 21st PM Kisan Installment Be Released?
- Official Date: 19 November 2025
- Announced by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) and the Ministry of Agriculture
- Over 9 crore farmers will receive the installment via DBT
Farmers can expect the credit to reflect between 19–22 November, depending on bank processing.
Who Will NOT Receive the 21st PM Kisan Installment?
Even eligible farmers can get excluded due to verification failures. The government’s updated guidelines highlight these categories:
1. Farmers Who Have NOT Completed eKYC
This is the No.1 reason for payment failure.
If OTP-based or biometric eKYC is pending → payment will not be released.
2. Aadhaar Not Linked With Bank Account
If the name, number, or IFSC does not match → bank rejects the DBT.
3. Land Records Not Updated / Mismatched
If your khatauni / pahani / land passbook does not match PM Kisan records, your installment is automatically paused.
4. Farmers Who Acquired Land After 1 February 2019
As per scheme rules, newly purchased land after this cutoff is not eligible (unless inherited).
5. High-Income Taxpayers & Government Employees
You will be excluded if:
- You pay income tax
- You are a government employee
- You receive a pension above ₹10,000/month
6. Duplicate or Suspicious Enrollments
Accounts flagged by AI verification (2025 update) will not receive the installment.
